In fulfilment for Randy Yeo’s (Practice Theory) workshop, Modular Type: Systems and Freedom. Redesigned an alphabet using a modular grid of 24 x 33 to create 3 different weights: Light, Regular, Bold. The assigned alphabet was ‘a’, and lowercase ‘a’ was decided for the explorations and final outcome.

A discursive project exploring the criticality in memes understanding how memes can be a valid form of graphic design through generating and designing the memes themselves as means to inform and communicate. The result is a collection of self-generated memes as a personal take based on the experiences and challenges faced by the designer herself in attempt to address the issues faced by graphic designers through memes. Presenting the memes as name cards poses a reflection into the dynamics between designers and clients.
